The answer is, I believe, that if your Deep Inner Mind considers you should be a certain weight, all the willpower in the world will not prevent you from being that weight - hence the yo-yo effect!
Perhaps it is just a question of simply overeating and drinking and that we lack the willpower to control how much we eat and drink.
You may already be aware that the answer to your weight problem does not lie 'out there' in some new magical pill or diet, and that the answer lies in you!!! You have the power within yourself to achieve your weight and figure goals because when your Deep Inner Mind sees you as slim and believes that you ought to be slim, it will do all in its power to ensure that you achieve your weight and figure goals, just as it maintains your being overweight when it sees you as needing to be that weight.

This is brought about over four sessions which are further enhanced through the use of a cassette tape. Each session lasts about an hour. After four sessions you should be able to continue gaining your weight and figure goals by yourself. It is often a good idea to have a "top-up" session every two to four weeks until you do attain your goals. Top-up sessions last for about half an hour and are charged at half the hourly rate.
